Solarpark Pfaffenklinge

Project Overview
Solarpark Pfaffenklinge is a utility-scale solar-plus-storage project in Germany featuring 11.6 MWp of solar PV capacity combined with 20 MWh of battery storage. The project uses Sigenergy’s modular energy storage architecture, integrating 1,660 battery modules (12 kWh each), 80 C&I PV inverters rated at 100 kW each, and medium-voltage transformer stations. Unlike conventional containerized BESS solutions, the project adopts a distributed modular design with DC-coupled integration, aiming to simplify deployment, improve scalability and optimize renewable energy utilization.
