SAJ, founded in 2005, is a global manufacturer and technology provider specialising in smart energy storage, power conversion and energy management solutions. Headquartered in Guangzhou, China, the company develops products and services that connect solar power generation, battery storage, electricity consumption and intelligent energy operation across residential and commercial and industrial applications. Its residential portfolio includes all-in-one energy storage systems, AC-coupled solutions, hybrid and grid-connected inverters, battery systems, microinverters, EV chargers and smart accessories. Products such as the HS3 combine a solar inverter, battery PCS, battery pack, backup functions, energy management and EV charging within an integrated home energy system. For commercial and industrial customers, SAJ provides hybrid solar-storage systems and all-in-one BESS products. Its CM2 platform integrates battery packs, PCS, BMS, EMS, temperature control, fire protection, power distribution and monitoring within a cabinet-based system. These solutions support applications including solar self-consumption, time-of-use optimisation, backup power, peak management and distributed energy operation. SAJ also develops the elekeeper energy management platform, which connects energy generation, storage and consumption through digital monitoring, intelligent scheduling and system control. Alongside its renewable energy portfolio, the company maintains an industrial automation business originating from its earlier work in frequency drives and motor-control technologies. In terms of manufacturing scale, SAJ reports annual energy storage system production capacity of 7.2 GWh. Its Ganzhou manufacturing centre covers approximately 110,000 square metres, while its Foshan facility has around 41,000 square metres of building area. The company states that more than 25% of its workforce is engaged in research and development and that its products are exported to over 85 countries and regions. SAJ operates through a growing international sales and service network covering markets in Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. Its overseas presence includes local operations and support contacts in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, the United States, India, Pakistan and several African markets.
